Our Stakeholders uphold our mission through social action, educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and community outreach efforts, we can work together to provide an array of resources within the pet care industry.

PETLANTA’s Vision is to bridge the gap between pet care, entrepreneurship, and teamwork within Atlanta.
We are working to break the "competition" mindset and nurture the "community" mindset. Our goal is to get to know and build with each other, learn from each other, give back to the community, and encourage growth personally and professionally.
The Pillars we stand by are Representation, Passion, Unity, Social Action, and Community
The primary goal of our group is to create a supportive community for pet care professionals and enthusiasts where they can share knowledge, resources, and opportunities related to pet care.
You can become a member by filling out our online application form on our website. Once your application is completed, you will receive a link to our community, in which, you will be prompted to pay your membership fee
Currently $49/month or $450/annual
Business Operations, Events, Marketing, Nonprofit contribution. Overall working capital. We pour in so we can pour out.
General Body- every Wednesday at 8pm (Virtual) every last Sunday (In- Person)
Board- Every 1st and 3rd Sunday. Meeting Place- TBA
Of course!! Pet Professionals in Atlanta/Georgia are encouraged to be members/stakeholders of PETLANTA.
Those outside of Georgia are encouraged to join the PETX NETWORK!PETLANTA Members receive access to a wide network of pet care professionals, educational resources, exclusive events, webinars, and potential business opportunities. We also offer a platform for members to showcase their expertise and services.
Members if PETX Network are able to contribute as members from afar. You will be added to our network, highlighted on our newsletter, and invited to our virtual meetings and events when you are intown!Our group is open to all pet care professionals, including veterinarians, groomers, trainers, pet sitters, and pet store owners, as well as pet enthusiasts who are passionate about improving pet care.
We encourage active participation, which includes attending meetings, contributing to discussions, sharing resources, and supporting fellow members. However, we understand that everyone’s availability varies.
Absolutely! One of the key benefits of our group is fostering collaboration. Members are encouraged to partner on projects, share business opportunities, and collaborate on community initiatives.
Yes, we use a dedicated online platform where members can post questions, share information, and connect with one another. We also have social media groups for more informal interaction.
Our member-ony platform is hosted through Circle.io. It can be accessible via desktop but downloading the app is encouraged.We provide a variety of resources including industry articles, best practice guides, training materials, and access to a network of experienced professionals who can offer advice and support.
Yes, we are involved in various community service projects such as pet adoption drives, fundraising for animal shelters, and advocacy for pet-friendly policies. Our main partnership is with Lifeline Animal Project and we are exploring how we may be able to serve Atlanta Humane Society better.
